Diagnostic sample · Internal practice
A website diagnosis you can inspect.
Scope: Stratus Results public v0.4.0 and its source, inspected on 27 September 2026. This is our own website, not a client case. Expected impact is a judgment, not a measured result.
Historical audit: the recommendations below describe that version and date. Website work now sits within marketing workflow deployment.
P0 · Draft-only contact
Evidence:The original script.js creates mailto links and calls no intake endpoint. The Vercel project has no environment variables.
Impact judgment:Users still need to send email; the website cannot confirm receipt.
Action:Add server persistence and notification; retain direct email and phone.
Retest:Test saves, duplicates, lost connections and failed notifications, then check an actual production record.
P1 · Too many capability choices
Evidence:The original homepage lists six capabilities without three problem-led entry paths.
Impact judgment:Visitors may need more time to choose a suitable engagement.
Action:Use website, search and AI workflow entries; put deliverables in detail pages.
Retest:Walk each path to its preset enquiry and interview target customers.
P1 · No core Chinese journey
Evidence:The original build configuration contains only English routes and language metadata.
Impact judgment:Chinese readers may find services and error messages harder to understand.
Action:Add real Chinese core pages and matching language switches.
Retest:Check body copy, form states, canonical and hreflang.
P2 · Limited delivery evidence
Evidence:The original Work page contains labeled illustrative blueprints only.
Impact judgment:A blueprint does not prove completed delivery.
Action:Publish our own site delivery facts and test boundaries.
Retest:Compare screenshots, test records and release date; keep commercial outcomes unverified.
How to use this structure
For each issue, keep its evidence, date and scope. Separate an observed defect from an improvement hypothesis. Mark inaccessible private data unverified. Close an issue only after its retest, not because a page was edited.
